1. Service Description

PowerOnRoad provides on-demand, 24/7 mobile roadside assistance and doorstep battery/UPS services in Bengaluru.

2. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate location and vehicle details. A safe environment must be provided for our technicians to perform repairs. You must confirm ownership or authorization to request service for the vehicle.

3. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We provide genuine manufacturer warranties on new batteries (Exide, Amaron, etc.), but are not responsible for hardware malfunctions.
